**Eskimo Joes - Stillwater's Jumpin' Little Juke Joint, is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and dependable Assistant General Manager!**

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily Front of House and Back of House operations at Eskimo Joes and helping each team member reach their full potential through coaching for success and strong leadership. We expect a high level of focus on ensuring that each and every guest receives an excellent dining experience. As a part of the management team, you will be expected to handle guest and employee complaints in a fair and diligent manner in accordance with company policy. It is expected that you enforce adherence to restaurant regulations and quality standards. Management should actively participate in the improvement and betterment of the company team and culture.

We are searching for a committed and proactive manager that enjoys working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. As an AGM you will promote and grow the business and ensure that patrons are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service.

**Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**

* Broad focus on all areas of the business in both the Front of House and Back of House

* Support the Hospitality and Kitchen leadership teams wherever possible

* Point of Sale - Aloha content management and programming

* Prepare payroll by reviewing and making necessary adjustments to time cards

* Setting and enforcing quality standards and safety controls

* Attending all management meetings including Front of House and Back of House

* Assist the GM with forecasting business and reviewing weekly staff schedules

* Assist GM with training and developing the hospitality management team

* Assist GM with facility maintenance issues

* Conduct regular internal and external inspections of the facility with the GM and/or KM

* Completing reviews and evaluations with team members

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position

* Must be available to work all management floor shifts with the ability to open and close the restaurant and work on weekends.

* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

* Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours as well as consistently walking up and down stairs

* Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices

* Strong problem-solving aptitude

* Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of team members

* Must have demonstrated strong leadership skills

* Must have experience in leading and assisting in special projects

* Must be highly self-motivated

* Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving history

* Must be able to obtain and hold an Oklahoma liquor license.
